Breakfast is very important meal for everybody. It is always served in an open seating which means that passenger can enter the dining room anytime during breakfast time, and they can sit in any table in the dining room. There will be an escort helping the passenger to find the table.

Since most of our passengers are an American, it means that as soon as they sit down, the first thing we must do is to serve hot coffee or tea or some other beverages. Coffee cups should be refilled frequently without being asked.

There are 2 kind of breakfast :

• Oriental breakfast.
